By booking and using the videography services provided by 4rzMedia, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including but not limited to video production, editing, and delivery.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Services Provided
4rz.media specializes in car videography, including but not limited to:

Video shoots for cars (in-studio, on-location, or outdoor shoots)
Drone footage (if applicable)
Professional video editing and post-production
Creation of promotional videos, advertisements, and cinematic car videos

Custom packages can be arranged upon request. All services are subject to availability and project scope.

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking: Clients can book videography services through the email, or phone. A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30 percent is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or on the day of the shoot.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash or e-transfer
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled shoot will incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 days will forfeit the entire deposit.
Refunds: Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued after the shoot has been completed or once the final video has been delivered all though negotiable in certain scenarios.

Usage of Footage

Client Rights: Upon full payment, clients will receive a license to use the video for personal or commercial purposes. The usage rights are limited to the project agreed upon and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
Your Rights: 4rz.media retains ownership of all raw footage and final edited video content. We may use the footage for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Content: Clients are responsible for securing rights to any third-party content (e.g., music, logos, etc.) used in the video. 4rz.media is not liable for any copyright infringement claims resulting from such content.

6. Delivery of Content

Delivery Timeline: Final edited videos will be delivered within 2-6 days of the shoot date, subject to client feedback and revisions.
Delivery Method: Videos will be delivered via Google Drive link.
Revisions: Clients are entitled to 1 revision after the initial edit. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
